I really like that you show the breath hold timer, it is a great way to show how long you will actually need to be underwater on a dive, it is a good way to help beginners. When I first started freediving almost four years ago I was really intimidated by the 7 minute dives, this would be great to see as a beginner. After lots of training I can almost pull of a 6 minute breath hold and I am shooting to hit an 80 meter dive in June. I love the videos and I love to see that you are succeeding out here. Congrats on everything! Where I live in the summer in Cancun you can spear some massive fish at 20 meters, thanks for giving me cooking ideas too, haha. Congrats again.

I have just gotten into spearfishing due to all this free time I have had with this pandemic, and I have found joy in being able to catch, clean, and cook sufficient food for my family. Our oceans are so awesome and can provide us with so much when we are smart with how we treat the oceans. I love the videos! Keep it up and Aloha!🤙

Mean braddah! Ulu chip and i’a! Usually any potato peeler work good. If you old school, use any old serrated tuna can for good scraping, or can go ancient and use an old opihi shell. 😉 awesome video brah, and mahalo for the demo with the evolve 3-prong. Also, Tongan hack, use garlic salt lol

Thank you! I've seen a few different ways to cut umm. The way I did it in this video was from Sam Choy's method haha. I'll be sure to experiment more in the future!
