I've dived this spot so many times only to find less than 1m of vis on the bottom. Its great for grey mackerel and trevalley. Be careful of the sharks, I had one bite my fin there when I was wrestling a golden trevalley to the surface.
Yeah it’s not ideal. I was really hoping for some good fingermark. The sharks are definitely well adapted there. If it’s not stoned it’s gone very fast.
Very good guys , very fishy spot , you still got some good eating fish there , well done , shame the water quality was a bit poor but that fishing lol.
Have driven past this wharf so many times on the way out to the islands and reefs, but have never thought to jump in out of fear of what’s down there in that dirty murky water.
