Blake McFarland, Jason McFarland, and Ryan Tregoning spearfish in Monterey Bay, CA for some Lingcod, Cabezon, Greenling, and rockfish. All fish were delicious. Home- made bamboo musical flutes can also be ordered upon request.

Thanks! No this was near stillwater cove. There is only one small pinnacle nearby that you cannot spear on. Everything else is fair game

i keep seeing this stuff about fukusgima and no fish in the pacific. i spearfish off jacksonville florida. thought id check with spearfisherman out there. do you guys see signs of that out there or worry when you get in the water or eat the fish?

I have never heard or seen anything here off the CA coast relating to Fukusigma. We eat all the fish.

i keep seeing people saying all the seaweed is dead and urchins are gone and so on. looks healthy here.

yeah it is hard to tell because the seaweed fluctuates from year to year. I know right now it all looks healthy and still plenty of urchins
