Yeah sure, here’s the best ones I got:) 1: Start equalizing in the surface before the dive. 2: Tilt your head sideways, as that might ‘clear’ pathways up a bit. 3: let some water under the hood to avoid the extra air pocket between the hood and the ear. 4: DRINK WATER! It always feel surprisingly much easier when your well hydrated:)

@@AkselOrstavik i think its the cold water theres a lot more nutrients,you see fish here but not the numbers like in norway

Typically eat fish 2-3 times a week. Also give away to family and friends, and put in the freezer to use when the season ends:) very economically friendly, as well as environmental!

13 degree Celsius from 0-15 meters, perfect with a 7mm suit!

@@AkselOrstavik Okay, i use a 7 mm half dry for schuba, here in the eas sea, but i cannot move good, i never tried it for free diving.

@@AkselOrstavik i thouhgt about 5 mm plus icewest, to be more flexible?

Yeah that would probably be very nice, but for now I only have a 7mm:)

Sorry I thought you were commenting on the latest video, here it was about 17-18, and 5mm would definitely be better!
