This video is a reupload of a semi-popular SO:TL soundtrack mix that disappeared from RU-vid at some point over the last few months. I downloaded it some time ago before it got taken down, and figured I'd put it back up with some added visuals.

Out of all the games I know none captured this.. feeling, that Spec Ops The Line has. Its both brutal with its depictions, yet the soundtrack has a slight tone of heroism. Like adrenaline, making you fight, just for it to wear off and have you witness what you've done... . . . "Do you feel like a hero yet?" Edit* Thanks for uploading this mix! Genuinely one of the best ones I've heard that aren't 11 years old

In DOOM, you play as a slayer fighting demons. In Spec Ops: The Line, you play as a demon.

Love how this is a heavier version of “do I look okay to you?”. Things have only got worse since then and the music reflects that.

you can hear the core melody of this a lot throughout the game, most notably in the tracks "Don't Worry, They'll Be Back" and "The Lost Battalion", and the track "Atrium Battle" is pretty much the same as the combat track used in Chapter 14. Some truly great foreshadowing you can really only pick up on during a second playthrough, and for me makes replaying it just that much eerier.

That Guitar goes so hard man and it just keeps on getting HARDER!!! God I love this so much... It is sad that their reason this game never got any sort of sequel is cuz of sales flopping...

it;s quite fitting that the game never had a sequel..it doesn't need to..I mean sure a different story would work well..but walker's story needed to end...and the way it ended...i think it ended perfectly.

@@noobgamersland6969 I kinda wanna see a game where we play as the Dammed 33rd and we see first hand what happened in Dubi and see the civil war between the 33rd and the Exiles, and that we try to stop Walker but it’s hopeless, and we could also play the civilians in the White Phosphorus scene. And see the conflict with Grey Fox(CIA) and the Dammed 33rd and Exiles.

Ладно продолжение. Но вот что реально жалко так это то что не вышло DLC про Адамса. Хорошо хоть слили сюжет, который кстати тоже не плохой

I agree, the soundtrack genuinely hammers in what goes on within Walker's head. Though, even if the game were successful, we wouldn't have gotten a sequel anyway due to the game being in development hell in 5 years, and especially because of how dark the game was, it was best that the game developers made something more light-hearted.

@@keigen1 Do you mean the still images, or the animated visuals? If you’re referring to the animated effects, I added them in myself via Sony Vegas, so it isn’t really a wallpaper you can find and download.
