Thanks for this video. The new headlights I bought from Spec-D look sharp and make my car look new again. Trashing those old yellow stock ones. They light up the night better than before. On top of all they look simply stunning!

@smittymusik 1. If you wire your halos and leds to your parking lights, they will be on regardless if you turn on your low beams(projector) 2. Low beams(projector) is a separate connector, it will depend on how you chose to wire them. 3. We provide bulbs for you, and HIDs may not be compatible due to the length sizes of HIDs 4. High beams do work, they might have not wired them correctly

@alafunk yes these are, what you are talking about is that we were telling you that if you're headlights came with halo's, we have a different tutorial on how to wire them.

@007danlop yes you can, be careful if you buy a xenon bulb as it has a higher wattage and may explode inside. generally HID conversions run at a shorter wattage than your stock bulbs and burn cooler, so it wont be melting any wires or connectors.

@781luis We recommend that you take the light bulb out of your lights and purchase them that way in order to have the correct size. Because light bulbs can be quite tricky. There is a slightly different application for the light bulbs and HID.

@lyamahiro these headlights are designed to be plug and play. the only thing you probably need adjustments on are your beams. they should fit on your 03-07 Toyota Corolla

@nimkal no, your factory 9006 bulb will not fit, projector headlight bulb sizes differ from Euro headlights. These headlights fit H1size bulbs for both high and low beams. And they are compatible with HID's

@nimkal Already solved this. Corolla 2003 uses the Lowbeam(middle light) light as both DayTime running lights and Lowbeam lights. So just tap it into the lowbeam wires and your gonna have your LED lights on at all times. Hope this helps! :) Thumbs up if it did!

@ebikok The projectors can be converted to HID. However, you will need the correct light bulb. The bulb sizes might differ slightly from headlights to headlights. But generally, they will be H1 and/or H3 because those are the only light bulbs that will fit behind the lens. When buying; made sure its noted that the bulbs are for projectors, and it will workout for you. HIDs are now very simple to install; plug and play (and one power and ground wire). A youtube vid can walk you through it.

@arcangel861 because your stock OEM headlights arent these type of headlights. you can just buy a simple set of HID kit and plug them to your stock lights. for these headlights however, they have additional wiring for the Halo's. These are projector headlights with halo's, different from Euro Headlights

@Specdtuninginfo Oh, of course. I was referring to the actual projector part. Some HID lights I have seen are extremely bright but don't really illuminate the road very well. People think purple is somehow going to be a visible night light.

black wire goes to ground and white wire goes to 12 volt power source. If you have any other questions please feel free to go to k2motor.com and contact customer service.

@moribay8 The steps should be similar, however, the amounts of screws and location of them might change. The 09 is not out yet, but you can be sure it will, Carollas are nice cars and have high demands for the headlight. Thank you

depending how your state law is and the color restrictions they tell you.. its possible to change out the bulb which is a standard T10 bulb. Please look up your state laws to find out.

@ebikok We do not sell HIDs. So it is hard to stand behind it directly. However, what i can tell you is that, We have sold thousands of projector headlights and we have had zero returns for melted lenses. So with this number in mind, you can make your own choice on what your odds are. I cannot say 100% because we cannot be liable for any comments we make. Because we are only here for advice. Sorry another question, if I can drive with either the halos and/or the projectors on does that mean that my car won't be DRL? Because at the moment I'm still using my OEM headlights which are DRL's so after I install it would it make it manual switch on and off? And since you mentioned that you guys provide bulbs, what temperature are the bulbs to come with?

Ive seen a few comments about people having to re-seal their headlight housings to keep condensation out. Is this still a problem? If so, where should i lay the silicon bead?

Installed these headlights on my 2004 corolla, love them, look great...problem I have is that I want them to (during the day) look like the car in the video at (4:00)...then have low or high beams plus the halos at night...is there something I'm missing...another way I could wire them...I have (because of my preference with the LEDS) the little bulb and halos wired in with the low/running bulb and the LEDS wired with the high beams...any ideas...disable DRL?...wire to another bulb/source?

How well do these illuminate the road? I've seen some projector / HID kits that barely look like they illuminate anything. They sure might be bright as hell but there isn't much in the way of light hitting the road.

Hey, I am planning on buying these pretty soon but before I go ahead and do my purchase I have a few questions. By the way I'm running it on a 2003 corolla. 1. Can I use just the halo and the led light on while driving or will the projector have to on too? 2. Can I also drive with the projector, the halo and the led light all on at the same time? 3. Will my regular bulbs work on it or will I have to convert over to actual H.I.D.'s? 4. Also heard some owners say that the high beam doesn't work?

I owned these headlights and I hated them. Horrible light output even with HIDs. They fit okay but they leave a 2cm gap on the corners between the fender and headlight. After 1 year and 4 months the lenses turned yellow and became foggy. The LED rings dont work either

Most people opt to switch them out with LED bulbs for an even brighter look. We suggest to look for "mini H1 LED conversion kit" on eBay or Amazon as it has a smaller fan and would fit the housing better.

So, I see a lot of comments her and on Amazon about the halo dying very quickly. Your wiring seems to show you wiring the LEDs directly. Am I missing something? Isn't there usually some kind of adapter for LED's? Is that why theyre burning out?

Adapters for led is usually for turn signal flasher to flash at the appropriate speed rather than hyper flashing due to the system seeing a lower wattage and thinking a bulb is out

What about 2008. Looks like you skip from 2007 to 2009. you other video says 2008 in the description, but you clearly say 2009-2010. Im just trying find a nice guide for my 2008 corolla and you do not mention that year.

bloadstar you would have to bake head lights a part and replace the bulb inside the housing. ive taken apart multiple halo style headlights. ive usually seen led bulbs ranging from 3mm to 5mm leds. youd be better off just putting aftermarket high quality halo rings in there.
