I read chapters 171 and 172 at the same time. As soon as chapter 171 ended the first thought in my head was this is going to be a blood bath. Pochita is going to slaughter them all, and it will be glorious. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard reading such a visceral chapter.

@@samflood5631 Honestly I don’t see a scenario in which the hybrids try to fight Pochita again, not only would it feel repetitive but also they would get absolutely obliterated even worse than when they did in part 1 since Pochita is wayyyyyy more powerful now than he ever was in part 1!! 😱😱 I do believe Reze will definitely come back, to what extent I still don’t know but if I had to guess when we will finally see her back it’ll either be the same week we get a new trailer for “The Bomb Devil Arc” movie or once the movie finally releases in Japan!! 🤔🤔
Ok hear me out Pochita was described as "eyeless black Chainsaw man" so maybe he can't see and only fights with the help of hearing But nkw that the concept of hearing is erased he won't be able to hear/know whats going on

Ok Power still out of the picture. This chapter was nothing surprising though, he went berserk showing his full power. However what i noticed is how careless Pochita just consumed the concept of ears, or hearing. Like it will have a terrifying global effect when people realise they cant hear, i dont think he removed the concept of sound, just ears in general. Thats why in the last Page Yoru could like hear her inner thought when she spoke to herself, but without ear you cant pretty much not hear from the outside of your head. I doubt its permament cuz Pochita didnt eat ear devil entire corpse. This chapter is worriyng since it makes Pochita look like the main villian, the fact he erased ears might lead to him erasing something else we consider important. It might be him reflecting Denjis's pain since he just lost everything and doesnt care about the world. The sad i belive is that with Pochita causing such caos, Asa might stop caring about Denji though she is possible the only person who can save him. Ends up with just wanting killing Pochita and forgets about poor Denji. Wouldnt be suprising though, in the end everyone shits on him.
@@robinavudar8287 Yeah the second I saw him about to consume the Ear devil I was like “oh no this is going to be really bad!!” 😱😱 Yeah the implication of the concept of ears would be devastating in a global scale for sure, like you said Pochita didn’t eat the entire corpse of the Ear devil so it’ll most likely have a temporary effect in the world but regardless the thought of that is still extremely scary!! And yeah Pochita is running wild and thus far there seems to be no sign of stoping him since special division just got bodied by him and I don’t think Yoru would stand a chance whatsoever against Pochita atm, the only way I can see Denji gaining control would be if Asa is able to talk some sense into him tbh!! :0

Guess we're gonna find out whether Chainsaw Man actually can vomit up devils for real. I don't think that fujimoto is gonna write the entire rest of the series without anyone being able to understand each other. I'm afraid that we might be in the endgame, i just want to see a slight turn of event like in the first part when Power saved Denji, but with Asa this time. Fujimoto has his way to burn an entire kitchen to the ground and suprising us with a sweet bite.
@@Canotthinkofahandle Yeah that’s most likely what’s happening, now the question is if the effects are permanent or only temporary?! My guess is that it’s most likely temporary since Pochita didn’t eat all of the ear devil and instead only ate its head!! 😱😱
@Georgymon Probaly permanent cause Pochita can permanently erase the concept of it but I bet fugimoto will create a work around that will be important later
