@Juan Frede women in SOF/SF is a bad idea. Women have 20% less bone density than men, 20 less lung capacity. Therefore, their bodies deteriorate a lot faster. Many women who have served have said it is a terrible idea, as well as many operators. Read the book, "Get Over it, we're not all equal"... It was written by a soldier who became infertile because of the physical strain of the job, she wasn't even in SOF/SF. Another women had to get both her hips replaced. This is a terrible idea and it's just gonna get people killed. Research the topic a little better if you like.

Not all are passed away. Some retired and their identities are no longer classified. AFAIK all in this video are alive.

@@anupbhat2203 DEVGRU Gold Squadron operator Ryan Owens 1:15 and DEVGRU Gold Squadron operator Aaron Vaughn 1:58 are the only ones KIA in this video. Ryan Owens died in 2017 during a raid in Yemen. Aaron Vaughn died in 2011 after the helicopter he was traveling in got shot down in Afghanistan.

Its just different terminology by different nations. As I understand it in the US special forces refers to the green berets. But in the UK and other nations special forces is an umbrella term for all special operations units. Happy to be corrected if someone knows better
