I love my live for pulling planer boards. I have it on my trolling motor and I can scan left to right and know which way I need to go and can see what the fish are identifying with.

The live is also good for down lining when you are spot locked, I can see them sitting right in the top of the trees, and I can move up and stop right on top of them, and can follow the fish around.
