When you mean 004 did you mean SCP 008 the Zombie Plague? Also this can have some lore behind it like the ones raiding the SCP is like the Chaos Insurgency and the other protecting the SCP might be like the Serpent's Hand or some of Eastern Faction like the GRU-P Division...

Just right at the end... Nuke the city, then turn off/damage the heli/kill the pilot, atributing a chicken got into the heli. End the scenario while the heli goes down with the crew in it. This is what I expected, but still 9/10 OP.

i would take a basic equipement SMG either protector 9 or P90 or even a sten ( since there is no MP5 in classic arma) , few grenade if there was molotov / white phosphorus ( vietnam import) and that pretty much a shame tho there no black hazmat suit

Liru should make his own SCP where its a pink glowy guy with a lot of health that can use lightning strikes and small tornados. It's also smart enough to use all kinds of weapons.
