Highlighting does indeed effect the rate but most people will just prioritize the 5 star due to galaxies getting you 4 stars on decent rate. Have to get yourself a moon bunny in the current meta. Watcher gets used in one shot comps and tank buster similar to Straze. It hurt my heart watching you pull the pity on a 4 star instead of Landy haha.
Thanks for watching, my pity was closer on 4 star for some reason so i made the choice to just do it. its likely I pulled for a character or something dont really remember.
