I wanna try these. They look soooooo damn good. I would use ground meat instead of the sirloin though. But any meat could work. Or even no meat and it'd still be good.
The Mexican restaurant we go to use a lot of black olives. They are always on their enchiladas. We love black olives and I put them on a lot of different foods. Cilantro....people either love it or hate it. I’m on the hate it side. I always have to tell the restaurant: NO cilantro! Your Nachos look awesome! Would love to try them...no cilantro, please. 😂

Hi Ms.Phyllis I love Nachos all kinds of Nachos.You are an awesome cook.Do you have any cheese dip recipes and Mexican casseroles.I love them all made with chicken.I havent had any seafood tacos or fish.I like fish and 🍤 shrimp not a seafood lover.

Hello Miss Phyllis, just watched your Special Nachos video and will be making them for supper, today. Then for lunch I plan on fixing myself the wilted lettuce salad for lunch, but fix my husband a meatloaf sandwich--you know how these men are about their meat. Remember my grandmother fixing her wilted salad with dandelines in the early Spring. Sorry we haven"t set our computer up with spell-check yet ,& I'm not very spry in the head. That looks much better than what I've gotten at Taco Bell....they call theirs Nacho Grande I think.....but I will be making this from now on....looks really yummy!!!!

I may have asked before - and you may have already shown - but I am curious about how you make your tea. I assume you drink sweetened tea because you are from the south. I am from Indiana and we have mostly unsweetened iced tea, so I would love to see how you make yours.

Hello Ms. Phyllis :) I do believe adding olives is an American add on. I'm Mexican and have never seen olives added to any dishes. I do know that we love adding lime/lemon to our meals, especially tacos de barbacoa and menudo :)
Hi Nadi Da, I do think adding the black olives is an American add on. For me it must have lime and cilantro to really taste Mexican. I love Mexican food in Mexico and in South Texas.
