Such a sweet proposal! Keep the faith you two , and when you disagree, and you will..... remember that that person is your best friend! I’m celebrating 32 years this year ...
Блин я даже им завидую, представьте семью где нет лжи притворства корысти, где искреность в любви, солнечные люди не врут и не притворяются им это не понятно

I am sorry that you feel this way. With all due respect, individuals with disabilities have the same right to marriage as able-bodied individuals. It doesn’t matter if it’s Autism, Down Syndrome, Tourette’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, or any other condition.

that is really cool, unfortunately in most places relationships - even close friendships are actively discouraged and prevented, i was in special Olympics 20 years ago,, as well as in the adult social services, and they DO NOT allow relationships they actively would separate people, and would not allow people to form close bonds, i was mis DX'd as DD/MR due to bad evals, i actually have a couple of learning disabilities, ( issues with math, and reading comprehension, and general processing issues ) but i was not tested properly, nor was i ever given proper accommodations, instead i was quickly written off as slow / delayed DD, and ended up in the system, luckily i got out, but i tell ya, after a little over 20 years of not being allowed, or given any access to potential relationships, even when quite a few case workers and helper-aids would ask , ''a re you interested in friendships, or other relationships as in romantic / love '' i said yes, and id love it if they could help me network and meet people'' not a single one of them would... they all said after i answered yes and asked for help, they said things like : oh i really dont know anyone, or i dont have much in ways of friends myself'' thankfully i got out, i even got tested with a visual based test, that is geared for folks who are known to be learning disabled, or its suspected, and i scored over 100, if i remember right it was 102, in all areas was at or a little over 100.
Firstly, I want to apologize that you had that negative experience with Special Olympics. That should have never happened. Secondly, the Special Olympics does not prohibit marriage or even dating between athletes. Trust me, my girlfriend and I are both Special Olympics athletes and we have been together nearly 7 months, and we have NEVER received any opposition from Special Olympics. Actually we have gotten nothing but positive vibes from Special Olympics. Like I said before, I do apologize for what happened in the past, as it should have never happened.
I remember this one time I went to HighPointVillage wich it's in Lubbock and this guy wanted to be my friend and he's way older than me like I was 14 years old and this guy had Down syndrome he was like 29 and he had a ring on his finger and he showed it to me and he said I'm married so honestly it doesn't matter what disability you have that still won't stop you from True Love nor anything else.💪❤🫂
