@@HPPalmtopTube He didn't do that. Once again claiming credit for something he wasn't involved with. Both countries had been half-in but decided to make the move because Russia invaded Ukraine. Ukraine has been trying to join the EU for a long time, but has been put on hold because it simply can't pull its weight.
