Hm, why ''Ewuare Ogidigan'' when he can't even talk & promote the language(Edo) in his kingdom and beyond! Just like his late father that always read english language from little pieces of papers to the audience on formal occasions. I wonder what he's thinking and how long he's going to make himself a second class citizen! But the world leaders are proud of their languages with translators in any part of the globe.
English language isn't a yardstick for judging education, beside the crown isn't english so the Oba should be using EDO through translator in any formal occasion.
If you're a typical edo, there wouldn't be any need for this crap that you posted! Go and read history about the kingdom to understand nature of things. But why would a first class citizen not be using his language(edo) with translator in addressing audience in formal occasion? Ordinary political leaders address audience with their languages through translators in formal occasions all over the world, you're here advocating a traditonal ruler who's supposed to be exemplary, throw away the jewel in the crown for a language that was forced upon his ancestor!
