In 1997, my husband and I went to Medjugorje. We were on Apparition Hill with the Seers one evening for a prayer meeting and Mary's visit. There were 100's of people. By the time the evening was over, it was dark. Those rocks! We all started down the hill together. Immediately, we were running, all in unison, off of the mountain. It was as if our feet had wings, and no one stumbled or fell. Everyone was laughing and saying, "How can this be happening?" A priest behind me was saying, as he ran,laughing, "I know what is happening,but how? In a couple of minutes we were at the bottom of the hill. At the bottom, when we got to the street, everyone just walked off. It was amazing! Mary and our angels carried us down! Today,I look at the rocks there and still marvel. I am always filled with joy and laughter when I remember this miracle!

My husband and I experienced the same thing in 2001 only on Cross Mountain! We made it down so fast and my feet were toiching the rock that my husbamds foot just left with not even 1 sec in between. We made it down so fast and a cab was waiting at the bottom and we made it to mass in time!! Actually early!

So nice to hear the Rosary on Apparition Hill with a group from the US there. One of the ladies who was sat on the rock with longish grey hair she looked like my mum with a bit of a resemblance. I also thought I saw one of our parishioners there as you was going up but it wasn't her.

Tom, you mentioned that we can put a prayer request under the sleeping St. Joseph. I didn't know that. I have a trinket box with the sleeping St. Joseph to cover it. I keep my Rosary beads in it. I guess I can place a written prayer request in the box also and wait to see if it's answered. Right? Thanks for the spiritual advice. The flowers are beautiful there. I noticed those beautiful yellow roses near our Blessed mother at St. James church. I've heard Mother loves yellow roses. By the way, how is your father doing Tom? I hope all is well with him.
