Hwasa, please let me interview you about your singing journey, confidence and self love now that you are free! I am a professional vocal coach and I adore what you do for girls and women around the world! :)
Free? RBV has let Mamamoo members to do whatever they want as long as they also fullfill their part in Mamamoo ,they said that themselves and the girls has made thaf clear with all the side projects thry done over the years
@@donaldliden4545When she says free it means Free from a company who didn't respect her as a person and as an artist, free from gatekeeping her and from stealing her gifts, free from sabotaging their own artist, free from not letting the artist know some of the possible big projects and possible schedules and many more. bfr everyone already knows how shitty rbw is, They might be good at finding this talents but they suck at making them an artist they deserve to be all the artists under rbw deserve better but was only given ao tiny opportunity because of lack of promotion and stuffs, They only want to get money from their artists under them those mfs.
@@donaldliden4545 of course so nice of them to let their principle source of income does what made them get this income... And in the process let all forget how the girls talk about her CEO calling them ugly and how for years they used it as an excuse for overwork them "cause since they aren't pretty they need to work harder than everyone else" mostly Hwasa who opens a lot about it particularly during Travel/refund sister era when she says she wants to takes rest cause she was overwork and not even let her takes a rest when her grandmother die same when it was her uncle in like 2017 They never protect here from horrible comments people made of her medias or people in the internet And when it comes to her comeback they pay her dust mostly during Guilty Pleasure era when they stressed her to the point she gets into 4 cars accidents and give her 3 days to promote and not a single ads she was so sad about it They even take her fans gifts for YEARS or disrespect them So YEAH SHE'S FREE 🔥
Not only koreas best, she is one of the planets best in my eyes and im from Sweden been listening to music my whole life almost 60yrs old ...trust me this is one of the best covers of this song ive heard
Hwasa is simply made for this (and other similar) kind of music. Pure class. Thank you, Hwasa, for this cover, and thank you to the backing vocalists and all the musicians - and sound engineers - for this one!
I listened to this beautiful piece of music in the early '90, with my beloved granpa, before he passed away... thank you so much for this beautiful, badass still classy version. I enjoyed it very much. You are indeed The Queen. Love u!
She once said she was inspired to start singing by Chet Baker's version of My Funny Valentine, so maybe PNation has given her the freedom to do something she's always wanted to do. I've heard other idols cover old classics, like Fly Me To the Moon, but if anybody's got the voice for it, it's Hwasa. I hope we get more.
@@fatimakaoukab2385 I can't remember which show she mentioned Chet Baker but I remember it because I checked his version out at the time, as I only knew Ella Fitzgerald's version. And Chet Baker isn't the kind of name you expect to hear an idol mention. It might've been around the time of Maria, when she was doing a bunch of interviews.
@@glammer yes hwasa normally listens to old songs all the time but when she decided to be a singer beyonce was the inspiration. i remember in all her interviews or shows she mentioned bey as the source of inspiration.
@@fatimakaoukab2385Not all her interviews, because I've seen some and I never heard her mention Bey but I don't doubt you did. I remember it as Chet Baker, so maybe she was inspired by both. Interestingly she also covered Bonnie Raitt's I Can't Make You Love Me, with Kinda Blue, who has also covered Chet Baker.
I'm always in awe when I hear her sing. Wow! Just..just... WOW!!! (Getting to see her perform live with my own eyes would be amazing!! But I highly doubt that'll happen... **Cries in Canadian**)
A beautiful cover of the song Dionne Warwick first made famous. (The beehive 'do is also a great nod to that diva era.) Happy belated birthday to a wonderful performer!
When she posted this she had 400k but now pnation finally handling the channel i came to check and her subs are gojng up and up its already 600k, Can't wait for 1M🎉
Happy Birthday Hyejinie❤❤ Held your head up high baby, Go on forward and DO YOU!! No bother and no wasting time for hate and condemn comment because they ain't worth your precious time LADY, YOU ARE PERFECTLY PERFECT AS YOU ARE!!! Moomoo Love you, I love you!!!! ❤❤❤❤
Starting the song as if telling the heartless person who made her cry to go away but ending the song with this encouraging tone to continue walking despite all the sh*t life throws at you is Hwasa's gift to her and us as we mutually support each other. 생일 축하해요 안혜진. 우리의 하루는 당신의 있기에 화사해요. 항상 응원한다 마리아.
A very classic jazzy song. I haven’t heard a cover of it in a long time. Hwasa has a voice that really suits slower jazz songs. But she’s good at different genres.
Such an amazing cover im sure Dionne would love this. I remember my parents having Dionne Warwick's music playing in the house growing up. Hyejin once again showing off her amazing vocals probably the best all around female performer in the world. Happiest of Birthdays Queen 🎉
