can we just talk about his hair, eyes, and shirt all match? also does anyone know if he had made a video on the honest company? P.S sending love from texas 💙
@@Hyram I would LOVE a video about Honest beauty!!! I use their gel-to-milk cleanser to remove my makeup and it's pretty effective, but I haven't looked into their other products
@F If he recommends something, its usually for oily combo skin, unless he specifically points out that he uses it when his skin gets dry on the mainland. which is great for me because I've come across 5 skincare junkies now who have dry skin so its great to have an oily-skin type influencer!
Omg yes please! I shave my face with a men’s razor and face wash about once a week and I don’t know if that’s making my skin worse or better. I hate how much hair I have on my face
Yeah it would be great to see this as well, I’ve always wondered if face shaving helps with acne or not cos I have such troublesome skin. Really want Hyram to do that
Courtney Bussing why not use a normal men’s razor? I try to always have a „face“ blade and one for my body. So I don’t use the same blades on my face for my body as well. Why would I need to go to an esthetician? Thanks for your reply:)
HYRAM! you should do a video or something on “chicken skin” under the eyes/ little bumps and texture that is NOT MILIA. I have no idea what it is or what causes it or how to get rid of it, I’ve had so much texture there for so long :(
After reading your comment I realized that I used to have a lot of these bumps too but now they are all gone. They never really bothered me so I didn't try to get rid of them. When I think back to what I used to do differently, I was definitely very rough around the eyes when removing eye makeup and even exfoliating the sensitive skin pretty aggressively. Nowadays I try to focus on just being well moisturized. I don't have an eye cream, instead I just add a little extra of my regular night cream around the eyes
OMG other people have this?!!!? There are a few weird dots under my eyes and I’ve no idea why they’re there! I have bad genetic circles from my bone structure and it’s kinda purple (since I was very young.) my under eyes get v dry too. Damn I need solutions but anyways texture yes it’s there
I have those "chicken skin" patches here and there on my body. Not always on the same places, they come and go. Idk what it is either... last time I got it on my eyelids I got a skin issue after so :(((
I just use this account to comment i have struggled with hereditary dark circles and texture under the eyes since i was born and now at 20 i’ve been using a drop of vitamin c serum with my moisturizer (cerave moisturizer with spf 30) and after about a year of doing so, texture is gone and unusual darkness is too!!
i have those tiny little textured bits under my eyes too it makes concealer a nightmare!! I hope Hyram talks abt this at some point I’m sure it happens to a ton of people
Back in 8th grade, I used to do my makeup before bed so I can wake up in the morning and be ready to go😭 I'm 21 now and definitely taking care of my skin a lot more.
I wish you could've just heard how much I gasped. Your poor teenage skin. When I realised I didn't have time for makeup in the morning, I just trained myself to wake up earlier. I now wake up 2 hours and 15 minutes before I need to leave the house every day with no alarm.
maybe he just meant he learned it in school or his parents taught him it as a second language? my school had the option of asl in 6-12th grade as our language credit
Amber Clark my grandmas cousin from pa who also is the guardian of her granddaughter said they have been off for a month but is planning on starting online school next week
I did it maybe a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I did it to get rid of peach fuzz because makeup wasn't looking good at all. I went from not liking looking in the mirror to looking in the mirror a lot just to see the difference it made to my face. I'm still trying to get my skin right before I do makeup again. My only regret is not having proper skincare to follow up as it was very irritating to my dry sensitive skin. I recently purchased some K skincare which helped my skin recover. I'd looked up some instructional videos first. If you do a RU-vid/Google search about face shaving or dermaplaning it should bring up some people. I actually first saw it on a Carli Bybel video a few years ago maybe.
@@bellavargas88bv I'm using it in combination with hyaluronic acid and retinol. My skin is definitely less oily and red and it looks smoother than before :)
I actually think it would be fun to hear the reactons of the people he's been reacting to. I would love to hear if they listened to his suggestions about scincare and improved it. I don't know why, but even you said that you're not a proffesional skincare specialist, I trust you because everything you say makes sense when you explain why you said that. Love your videos!
Hyram: we've all mad skincare mistakes Me having scary flashbacks to my 8th grade prom Me: humm how to get rid of acne My ideas: *stupidity* Also me: *puts cinnamon, toothpaste, and egg on my fave* Big brain time energy: The burning means it's working😁
Hyram can you actually do a review on Honest beauty? They stand by having clean products that are fragrance free, I would really like to know your thoughts on the brand.
When Nicole said she often gets an allergic reaction, i bet its from all the fragrance in her skin care, specially the leave on products! I know when i use fragrance my skin freaks out! Love your videos Hyram, keep up the good work🥰
“I personally don’t recommend it for someone who has open acne or sores-“ Me, who just finished dermaplaning my face in an attempt to soothe my acne: o h
I used to dermaplane with acne about a year ago until I thought about it and looked at how my skin looked after doing it and decided it probably isn’t good for my skin. I did it for like 6 months so😀... also used st Ives for 2 months along with dermaplane👩🏼🦯
I don’t know if I should admit to this, but......... I used to use baby wipes to take my makeup off 😱 I stopped doing it 3 years ago though lol please don’t judge me 😂😂😂 A lot of people in her comment section did say that she was using the cleansing process wrong
I wondered if you knew sign language!! The way you talk when you speak made me think ASL - when I first started watching you, I had to take a moment like "ASL or expressive?"
ngan huynh it wasn’t necessarily in the wrong order. Her reasoning to doing it that way is because she has extremely dry skin. It’s a bit confusing that he wasn’t too bothered by it but I get it since I’ve had extremely dry skin in the past.
Claudiasitaa maybe it’s bc of that reasoning. From my own experience, it feels really uncomfortable when I finish the cleansing steps with an oil base product like that. But again, I dont have extremely dry skin, so I think it makes more sense when it’s in her shoe. Tks for clarifying that to me ^^
hyram i know its your thing to sort of try a bunch of new products and then report back for a video BUT if its causing your skin some issues - please don't feel like you HAVE to do that! i feel like one of the biggest, and rarely mentioned, issue with skincare is that sometimes - we do too much to our skin and then end up spending x amount of time trying to undo the damage we've done! if anything, running through ingredients, price point, and who the product might be suited for is still VERY informative. i also find informative when you react to skincare routines as well. so if trying a lot of new products is too intensive for your one (beautiful) face - take a break and try out some less hands-on approaches to skincare information!
I work night shifts so sleep during the day. And someone pointed out to me that I’m still getting uv rays trough the window while I sleep. So now I use sunscreen to bed
@@RitinhaGE lmao this is such fear mongering on their part. The sun will not kill you. We NEED vitamin d. That's why dr dray (referenced on here a lot) gets many comments saying she looks sickly and tbh she does. I use sunscreen every day especially when I'm outdoors but you do not need to wear it in your house to sleep. My goodness the sun is not the devil like we are lead to beleive. If you're worried get some blackout curtains. Sleeping in sunscreen is totally not necessary. But do whatever you feel!
@@hannahhirsch5394 Yeah, sleeping in sunscreen is definitely unnecessary, it's not like they're sleeping outside in the sun (which I wouldn't recommend doing anyway)
Hannah Webb i think the sick look of dr dray is bc of the way she eats. People think she might be/have been anorexic. She is SUPER skinny. That has nothing to do with vit d, which I would be very surprised if she didn’t supplement.
Please do a Fresh Review. Their Seaberry cleansing oil is what I used when I was on Accutane and I love it! Hydrating and non stripping while cleansing soo good!
Me amazed that Hyram has never heard the term Turkey Neck. In my family my grandma always told us about it and how to put on your moisturizer to prevent getting it.
Ok, so now I know that Hyram is having an effect on me. Even before he said anything I was like “gurrrl, you need to use that oil cleanser BEFORE your water based cleanser” 😭
I literally clicked on this because I’ve seen Nicol’s video and was shooketh about the order of how she used the cleansing oil and was waiting for you to explain that is not the way to do it haha
Yessssssss! Im kind of obsessed with that brand, especially the deep action cream wash and the blackhead mask/wash (i cant remember the name of that lol). It works so well for me!
I love your earrings! Also, I have a question: I don’t wear any makeup, but I frequently break out in the area between my bottom lip and my chin, along with around my hairline. Some are blackheads, some are whiteheads, and some don’t have heads at all. My daily skin routine is showering and moisturizing, and when I go out I use sunscreen (sad, I know.) I was wondering is anybody knows anything that would help, whether is be a product or habit or something else. Thanks y’all’s.
i'm not a professional but i've delt with that too A: i love your profile pic B: for me i started using Aveeno foaming cleanser every night and using a facemask once a week called formula 10.0.6 Keep your cool (its a coconut cucumber gel mask) it reduces the appearance of breakouts (mainly acne i've noticed) and overall just evens out your skin. another recomendation is to go to a dermatologist, i went to one a few months ago and they gave me a cream and wipes (which really helped out my skin). make sure to drink tons of water too! i hope this helped!!
The fact that I’ve been using only a makeup wipe and witch hazel for years and wondering why I’ve been getting break outs 😂 lord I have been blessed finding hyrams channel
I enjoyed this video BUT nothing against Nicol, she seems great, too many products mentioned, too expensive, definitely pushing Fresh products. I like a simpler routine which I got from Hyram, great products, within my budget. I dont want to have to switch each day/night for this or that. Same great products, once I know what I like and works for me, is the way I like my routine to which Hyram definitely inspired me to have a routine. FINALLY!
@queen a Not every product is bad lol. There isn't a skincare line in existence that doesn't have a shit product or 2. If I could afford expensive products, I would. It wouldn't be the only products I would use because it is ingrained deep in my soul to cringe at anything over $20, but I would very much be interested in trying some things.
I’m an esthetician. When we do dermaplaning, we usually follow up with a light enzyme peel and you certainly can do that if your skin can handle it! However I don’t recommend doing this at home because you can do more harm than good if done improperly! Love your videos and I love Nicol too!
I would love to see you do a high end vs "affordable" skin care. I know affordable is gray scale but I think this would be great. I absolutely LOVE your videos. My job is in the skin care field and you have opened my eyes big!!!
Please do a Fresh review! If you’d like include the rose mask or hydrating cream. I’m obsessed with both. And I love the black tea mask as well even though I don’t need anti-aging it feels and smells great.
Thank you so much for trying to post as much as you can and live streaming with us! Please remember to take breaks whenever you need them! Love you boo 💖💖🥺
Meanwhile, I’m over here trying to force my skin to like a $20 spf moisturizer because I already paid $20 for it. 😂 I’m cheap when it comes to like life. 🤷🏽♀️
