*Disclaimer: Whenever I say SPF, I mean SUNSCREEN (Both UVA and UVB protection). 😆Also, the second bleaching ingredient is *Glycyrrhiza Inflata Root Extract (Licorice root)*, not *MethylPropanediol*. Even though I do invest a lot of time in preparing these videos for you guys, mistakes like this can happen, sorry. Thank you for watching.

Licorice is really effective. I remember using a toner with licorice and tea tree. and my discoloration on my neck disappear it’s a holy grail for me.

I have been using this for 4 months.. this has been the ONLY serum that when it says anti pigmentation, it really does mean anti pigmentation! LOVE ITTTT

I’m on my 3rd week using this product every single day and most of my spots are fading, the darker ones are taking more time but I can definitely see the difference. Loved it 💕💕

Lol i Saw mon comment there lol thanks for the video, you gave me some Hope while everybody says that's it's impossible to get rid of hyperpigmentation 😞 i need to find a way to get this product cause it looks to be promising. After I had watched this video, I started using this serum. I used it for over 1 year (4 bottles), there was no improvement for my melasma unfortunately. They may work for freckles? I don't know. They definitely do not work for melasma.

Dear Mayra, she just used this serum and wore a random sunblock face cream that I gave her, and off course she is still wearing it everyday because I force her to do so. 😂 So the results in this video are only from the serum. 😃 Thank you, I am glad you like the video! 😊❤

applied Eucerin Anit-pigment on my 17 years old daughter's forehead and now a patch had appeared within a week of applying.I am so upset and worried.She has an excellent skin all throughout and now this patch on the forehead due to applying Eucerin is visible. I watched your video on restoring skin moisturising barrier.She is now using CeraVe moisturizer twice a day. My big question is "Will her patch go away with application of moisturiser and how much time will it take?"

Hey! Great video. I recently bought it but when I press the bottle the only product that comes out is hyaluronic acid. Did you have any problems with the package at first? Is there anything I can do so that both actives come out when using it.

Hi Camila! Thank you! 🤗 I had that problem with Hyaluron Filler Night Peeling Serum (same packaging), and I just used it like that for a while until the other side started coming out. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And with this one I didn't have that problem. 😕

This looks like the product didn’t do anything scars fade and in a month plus your skin heals so idk her overall complexion would have had a lightening effect if the product was effective not just the spot

I have hyper pigmentation around my moth n lips , it's yellow and very annoying n looks bad, I never worn sunscreen up untill a few times for the past year and this year, I don't use it everyday only when I go out, cause I can't afford to buy sunscreen every two weeks - month, can I use this product for this purpose?

What's your opinion about Sesderma azelac ru, you think it's better than Eucerin dual serum for problems of pigmentation?

Dear Daniela, I have't used it myself, but I checked the ingredients online and it does have a bunch of really good ingredients like retinol, azelaic acid, niacinamide, ascorbyl glucoside, which can help brighten the skin and fight the hyperpigmentation. You can give it a try. I unfortunately cannot test it because it's not available in my country. If you do try it out, let me know how it works for you. :)

This stuff really caused serious problems to my skin I used the even brighter cream without any problems but they replaced it with this stuff, I believe I have a problem with the new ingredient (thiamidol) it's caused a similar look to acne scaring but I didn't have acne (it's kind of like a patch of skin that's pitted and lost its fullness if that's clearer)...any advise??

Dear Snoopy, I am so sorry to hear that! Stop using the product if that is the case, and seek dermatologist's help if you can. Thiamidol is a relatively new supstance, there isn't much data on it's safety yet, maybe you could even report the issue to Eucerin itself, it could help other people. They have 2 versions of that cream, one is for all skin types and has spf 30 and the other one is spf 15 and for dry skin. I love the one for dry skin, but the one for all skin types (I already reviewed it) wasn't moisturizing enough for me during winter. I will make sure to get the one for dry skin next time definitely! 😃

After watching your video, I bought it. Unfortunately, the bottle is faulty and only the clear gel comes out. Is the thiamidol the clear gel? I don't know what to do. I just spent 50 euros on the correcting pen and dual serum and the pharmacy won't take the opened bottle back.

Just continue using it like that, the other side should start coming out in the next couple of days. I didn't have this problem with this serum, but I did experience it with Hyaluron Filler Night&Peeling serum (same packaging). Anyways, you will eventualy use up both of the sides, so it will still be effective.

You will still need an antipigment product even wjen using spf if your pigment is caused by hormonal changes.

Hi! I got the Even Pigment Perfector night cream before I saw this video and I'm wondering if I should get the entire range to help it work faster (if that's possible lol) or just stick to what I have so far? My hyperpigmentation is caused by the dark marks left by acne

Dear you can try using that one for now because it does have Thiamidol in it, so it should work as well. You can use it for a month and if you don't see any results by then, then you can add the serum as well. 🙂

Well, you could in theory. Just make sure that you apply a sunscreen on top of it first and then you can layer makeup. 🙂

Unless your skin is less sensitive in winter I don't see why you wouldn't use it now. Just remember to wear sunscreen. :)

Is thiamidol a derivative of hydroquinone? Is it safe to be used?

Dear Siti, all that I know is that Eucerin has patented it and that it's a new ingredient that hasn't even yet been listed in the European CosIng base of ingredients. So far I didn't find any documents online on how it is being made. But I did find a study that compared it to hydroquinone, that stated that thiamidol is more efficient that hydroquinone, and that it is "well tolerated". The study is called "Effective Tyrosinase Inhibition by Thiamidol Results in Significant Improvement of Mild to Moderate Melasma", you can check it out. :) Hope this helps you. :)

Dear Nora, it's not intended for dark spots left by acne but the mechanism of action is the same, and acne dark spots are easier to remove than the sun induced ones, so you can give it a try. 🙂

Hi Swan! Because Thiamidol is a new substance with not much research on it's safety yet, I would advise you not to use it at the same time with Retin A. 🙂

I hope you can help. I’m not too sure my skin type but I have a oily nose and big pores on it however on the side of the nose it flakes aswell. Cheeks are dry and forehead abit oily as well. No acne at all. Had acne as a teenager but that phased out so for now, no acne . Can you identify the skin type? I have pigmentations due to not putting on SP15 at all and would love too use this product. Is there and facial wash and scrap I can use in combination what you advertising ?

Dear Vaughan, to me that sounds like combination skin. You can try using this product and maybe just add a gentle face scrub. I use the Balea Creme Peeling, for me it works well, it's just a regular face scrub, super affordable. Hope this helps you. 😊

Yes, my mom has really dry skin and this serum moisturized her skin well. You can check out the first video that I made about the antipigment line in which I talked a bit more about the sensory characteristics of the product. 🙂

Because Alcohol is listed really high, probably not. If you usually react to alcohol and parfum in cosmetic products you can maybe ask for a tester before buying just to be sure. 😕
