Hi, maconSTUFF, I have a great request for you, as you did a full suspension wheel here, wouldn't you show how to make animations of the suspension and wheels?
Hello, I'm trying to do another bike (yt capra) in blender (but is similiar to this one), and I don't understand which hootkey, keyboard or whatever do you to create the faces(min 20:38). I will be very gratefull if you answer me, thanks!
First I selected 3 vertices on the outer circle as well as the inner circle, then I hit "F" to fill it... because it is now an Ngon you wont be able to add loop cuts... so then I selected the two centre verts and used "J" to join them... (if you use F for this it just fills an edge over top of the existing face)... once you have joined the two middle verts, you can go ahead and add loop cuts across as usual... hope that helps... I had to recreate this scenario to try and remember what I did there... that was quite a while ago... LOL
Any tips for beginners creating a model of my Dirt Jumper bike. Its a lot simpler, as single-spaced and no rear suspension. Did you do mostly trial and error for your bike? Thanks
Well... this was the first time I did anything like this, so yeah... lots of trial and error... LOL... the only advice I can think of, is... try not to get caught up in too much detail early on, or you might just loose interest or give up... I almost did... try and block out all the major shapes first... Good luck!
