Ingredients List:
1 teacup of yogurt
1 teacup of corn oil
125 g butter
1.5 cups of milk
1 pack of baking powder
4.5 cups + 2 tablespoons of flour
1 egg
1 coffee spoon of salt
Preparation:
We take the yoghurt and milk (which are at room temperature) into the mixing bowl and mix well. We also add flour. Add the baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. We're supposed to get a soft dough. Knead the dough for 3 more minutes on the counter. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 10 minutes. We turn the stove on. Melt the butter and oil over low heat. Mix the flour with the wheat starch and sprinkle some on the counter. We divide the dough into 4. We roll the dough pieces. First, we press the dough with our hands and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin. Then we continue to roll with a rolling pin. We spread the oil that cooled down to room temperature, with the help of a brush. We place our second phyllo on it. Again we oil the dough. We do the same for all doughs. The dough should absorb the oil well. We pull and wrap the dough as I show in the video. Then we roll the dough. Wrap the dough in a round shape on greaseproof paper. Cover it with cling film and let it rest for 1 hour. We press the rested dough with our hands. We spread the egg yolk on it. We sprinkle black cumin. Then we bake it in a preheated 190 degree oven for 45 minutes at conventional heating mode. Bon appetit!
