Back in 1980, I went up a really scary elevator in Detroit City. It was all glass and on the exterior of the building. Unlike the one in this video, it had no framework around it. Does anyone know which building that might have been? It was one of the few high-rise buildings in the city center.

pollight3000 Höhenangst oder was meinst? Ja, ich war enttäuscht nicht an die Fenster in der darunterliegenden Ebene gehen zu dürfen. Dann hätte ich echt gute Fotos machen können ( und eben auch verkaufen ! ). Danke Ralf! ;o)
Benjamin Beytekin Absolut - da kriege ich die sowas von die Flatter und das, wo ich kein Flattermann bin! Ernsthaft, hat irgendwann mal in der Jugend angefangen, seit dem kann ich Fahrstühle (gläserne erst recht) nicht mehr ab, freie Höhen sowieso nicht... o.O Ja, das ist echt schade und ärgerlich, die "Balken" hier vor der Nase versauen in der Tat die Möglichkeit für gute Fotos. Aber was will man machen. Mit einem guten Tele da zwischen durch schielen ginge ja noch, gäbe bestimmt auch ein paar nette Fotos, aber einen genialen Panoramablick kann man aus dem Aufzug heraus knicken. Saubled. ;-(
Ja, das kann ich gut nachvollziehen! Bin zwar nur popeliger Hobbyfotograf mit ziemlich mauem Equipment, der auch fast nur "Kleinzeug" vor der Linse hat, aber da muss ich auch auch schon mal mit gewissermaßen ähnlichen Problemen kämpfen (und Vorbilder und anderes in 1:1 gilt es ja auch hin und wieder abzulichten). Man hat es halt oft nicht leicht... ^^
