I think Deathspeaker was the coolest looking hit you pulled. Although Sea Serpent has a soft spot for me as my favourite art even though it's just an ordinary.

The foil Ancient Dragon is my favorite pull just because of the art. I have a Beta version of that foil. I am going to try to get the artist to sign the back for me. I found her TikTok and asked her. No reply yet, fingers crossed!

Uncut sheets are sick! So cool to own originally TCG art! How Darude you didn’t see Sandatorm😅. Sold my alpha because it would’ve been irresponsible not to. Haven’t been able to afford Beta yet unfortunately. Ancient Dragon or Deathspeaker are my favorite.

Very enjoyable. By the time I found any time to open the Alpha, Beta was on the market - so I just left alpha sealed. I guess this is showing what I missed by only going Beta.

Favorite pull for me has to be the foil Ancient Dragon! That art is so so good and it being a super playable card is the cherry on top! Might have to find a way to slot it into my Battlemage deck! Keep up the awesome content! 🎉

Every unique piece of artwork I own doesn't have the glass enclosure. I purchase them pre-framed from the gallery as the curator saw fit for the design. From what I was told it has a lot to do with which paint pigment was used and if it is on canvas vs wood vs paper vs skin. Your scorpions appear to be acrylic on canvas with a varnish over the top, its protected from dust, UV and yellowing due to the varnish so the glass would just hold in unwanted moisture. Mix terra looks like pencil with oil, hence the lack of sheen across the whole image.

Yeah I have to go with the foil Ruler of Thul. That was amazing! And yes, the Scorpion painting looks like it is either varnished oil or acrylic paint, so you are totally fine without having glass in front of it.

The Ancient Dragon looks the nuts buuuuuut... The Courtesan Thais is a mesmerizing card in foil, that'd be my favorite. Just opened 2 of my 4 Beta boxes and I got 4 foil Uniques on each box, craaazy!! And 7-8 more uniques on each one although no cores, Curios or the rare cards. The art rocks so much, I was thinking on saving the other 2 boxes but I loooove opening these, I get so many old school MtG. Also, Curio cards demand care to look at the cards while browsing through them, great TCG experience, I hope they can keep the game alive and with the slow relese cycle they planned for :) I also want to play this, I bought the Beta Precons, but they didn't send the playmat so that was a cold water bucket to my face even though you don't need playmats obviously :P

I’m intrigued by this game… Never had a chance to play it, but hoping to pick up a set of the starter decks in the near future! Foil Ruler of Thul for sure! Just got the MTG Frank Frazetta Secret Lair and they used the same art piece for the Field Marshal card. Pulling 2 in 1 box is pretty neat too

20:13 the only Sorcery card I really wanted for my collection, especially in foil, because I collect egyptian inspired art cards 🥲 probably have to do OF now to pay the big money 🥲
