Hey guys! Back with another Hunt: Showdown gameplay highlight video. This is going to be another pvp video of some of my matches which came from my twitch live stream. As you can see I make a lot of mistakes which clearly reflects how I'm not very good at the game. I hope you enjoy the content, thanks for supporting and I'll see you in the next one! Good video & good job bringing awareness to the issue. One thing I did notice: there's a better way to do your health bars. Once you have removed all the ones you want, go to any other page that shows your health bars - main lobby or loadout. Then you can click to add health bars without being asked "are you sure?". You can even double click to add them 2 at a time.

That cheater who left after killing everyone in the lobby was most likely got paid by that prestige 85 player to help him win that game. It's pretty common in Asia server

Yeah I've seen that sort of crap before. Amazing though isn't it, a prestige 85 needs to queue up with a cheater. Could've teamed up with a random... but probably not. Very sad :(

we abandoned this game long ago, some cheaters are playing from start of the game not having a ban but having vac for other games, and 100 lists of comments about cheating, we constantly playing on 5-6 star dropping rating when some idiots using hacks. crytect doesnt give af,

Dude, there are no cheaters in Hunt: Showdown. And the game is completely bug free. And the servers are great. And the community is highly supportive and not toxic at all. ... ... ... And I'm absolutely not sarcastic, like 0% sarcasm in my words.

apparently if you open a support ticket; with ur steam ID they can go into the match in question and ban the obvious cheater. and i'd hope they game ban those using a pay to win cheat service aswell. the people that utilize cheating services should lose access to their multiplayer functionality on their steam accounts permanently. same as cheaters. zero sympathy. zero tolerance.

Once upon a time Crytek was going to make a 2D replay so you can see how people were moving around but then realised it would probably expose people speed hacking / teleporting so chose not to do it.

The devs actually recently talked about that, they invested into a task force for cheating and toxic behaviors. They alson treated about the name exploit that made the name unclickable and it's gonna be fixed soon !

the cheating problem has kinda ruined the game in some ways. If you get outplayed sometimes you are just left wondering if they toggled or have esp and are not being blatant. wish crytek would do something sooner. Everytime i see a new account with 3.0 + k/d and getting throwing axe kills n shit i just instantly report them. which is rly sad state of the game.

Yeah I hear you man. Sometimes you just don't know. He could be a toggler or he could just be a really good player. You never really know unless you watch them. Very different experience fighting against someone who is "sus" compared to watching them. Crytek did mention they are upgrading their anti-cheat so hopefully that will be exactly what the game needs. Thanks for watching bro!

The first cheater was def running a boosting service and leaves the friend that paid for it to have the bounty/empty server for free with no enemies for XP

Yeah that's kinda what I figured. So dumb how you can't even report them. They basically get away with it for free with no consequences. Really hope this gets fixed soon.

Something about these cheaters. They're buying new accounts after they got banned ,hence it's reason why they have prestige 0 and fresh levels I'm not sure about the price but from what I've heard fresh steam account with hunt: showdown cost $3-4. Please take it with a grain of salt since it's just something I heard or read from others

I don't think they will update the anti cheat, he was just telling us the amazing things they have been doing, one of them being that they stopped with eac costs and started using the free EOS eac which is great (for cheaters that is)

Well they did mention recently in one of their videos that they are upgrading it. I just hope they are true to their word and they actually do it. Because the anti-cheat that they have now does nothing, it's basically pointless. We can only hope in that crytek get their shit together in the future. Cheers for watching mate, much appreciated 👍

The best players I have played with in my 3k hours, who most likely were legit, had up to an 2,5 KDA. And they were completely insane. And had multiple thousand hours in other shooters. Soo I have some real doubts about everyone who is above 4 on a new account.

It's very hard to get a KD over 2 in my opinion. Atleast it is for me because I'm a pleb. Maybe for most players it's easy but not for me. And it's not even about the KD... if you watch these players sometimes things just don't make sense. And then you notice something fishy is going on. Of course not saying it can't be done by any means it's just very difficult to get that sort of KD that's all. Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed the video mate :)

as long as most of the big streamers and youtubers keep their position on "there is no cheating in hunt" nothing will change. The dev's clearly do not give a shit as long as the cashflow is stable. it's almost as if devs pay ppl to say that there is no cheating. glad there are great guys like you that show how it really is. thanks for that dude.

Well I am definitely not one of those people. I don't know about other streamers I can only speak for myself, and there is definitely people who are cheating, exploiting, and doing all kinds of shit in this game to get an advantage. People are even teaming up with their friends (pre-teaming so they get into the same lobby) so they can have an advantage. Which is extremely sad... EU and NAA isnt bad. one time Ive been killed like that in 4k hours. a solo couldnt kill me n my mate so he went to a church tower and snipped us i think edge map windyrun. lol im sure theres been other cheaters, and ive reported my share but only one time was i snipped at 400 plus. if i ever get killed in a crazy way i always watch the guy after. u can usually tell

question: what is that +5000 right from daily tribute? I do not have it 😥 and advice: when you respect you can remove bars on the respect tab and then go back to overview and click on plus to add bars, no need to click on accept modal

I believe it's free hunt dollars if you link your twitch account to your hunt showdown account. I can't be fucked so I don't bother. I don't usually run out of ingame money anyway so it doesn't bother me none. Cheers for watching mate! 👍

they are boosting. Might even be paying to be boosted by the cheater. BOOSTING! witch is so dumb. i have 5k hours in hunt, zero prestege. WHO GIVES A FUCK! lol i dont. i want a good KD. all i care about

I think you can get 20 kills when you enter this game as a really good fps player if you also have played some stealth games. I find people playing like this often more annoying than cheaters. Its hiding on the map somewhere setting up traps at extraction points and just try killing some players from far off but never actually try to push or get close to enemys. I tried it for 3 games and could farm 7 kills without even laying eye on my enemys.

Yeah it's definitely possible that's for sure. Also depends how the way you play. If you're like me and you run and gun it's impossible yeah... but for other people who are more patient it is possible. But it was worth mentioning because there are times where "you just don't know" about a player. Hense why I mentioned the best thing you can do is spectate them and see if there's anything strange going on. And that's also why I didn't say he was cheating I said he was "weird" because he was weird as fuck lol. Anyway, I appreciate the input. Cheers for watching mate! Hope you enjoyed the vid 👍

I play on NA East only. And the amount of China, SA, East EU cheaters I get at like 11pm-6am is a high amount. The Ping abuse is UNREAL! I pray to god Crytek actually cares and tries to fix this shit.

@@Quamii I play on US east usually from 9AM to 6PM. i have 3.4k hours and generally see one cheater every hundredish hours. I am also, normally, a 5 star player. Hunt doesn't have a cheater problem. it has a china problem imo.

@@Quamii yea fastest way to prestige on a level 50 hunter, you get 100% to bloodline. also the fastest hunt bucks per hour probably 1500-2200$ per game. if the games are taking sub 10 minutes each do to cheats , we are talking easy 100k hunt bucks or multiple prestiges a day . Banish takes 3 minutes from kill then just factor in walk to boss and to extract .

And I have high hopes for the patch in August with their updated anti cheat that we rarely see this kind of bullshit again. All their doing is grieving other players in the game.

lol Start playing EU or NA, im NA and play both. i go from 40 ping to 120. and most of the time i dont really notice too bad. lol i play EU with EU friends, plus NA has a very slow Q early morning

Bloody hell, never had that blatant cheating on EU servers. Some maybe little sus wallbangs, but I get them occasionally too at 1400h played, so its sometimes hard to tell luck and skill apart from cheats.

Man I swear....it's a special breed down here in OCE I will tell you that much. And I've also heard from friends it's not that bad in EU aswell, mostly just try hard players or something. hardware bans are easily bypassable. most cheat subs come with hardware id spoofers included.

I have heard hardware bans are easily passable, so that doesn't help at all. I've heard cheaters get around hardware bans and IP bans very easily :( I really hope the situation improves

I'm a fellow OCE player and I quit around the start of May because the cheaters and exploiters were getting too much. It felt like every match I'd encounter solos teaming with necro or someone cheating. It's an epidemic man, appreciate videos about it

Yeah the solo necro sniper teams are even more annying than the cheaters. Had this a few times now. 2 or 3 solos just camp you until the game is over even if your team is not at the bounty they just care for the kills. And since they all can revieve themselvs while the others are still able to take shots you cant even get to them to finish the job after taking one out. Thats why i love all the stamina skills bye now ... because just running away from those guys is the best tactic. And when they start following you because you actually have the bounty they are so far away that they cant get to you before you extract because they can at best be as fast as you are.

@@Telendil I don't think I've seen that before (atleast not with snipers). I have seen solo necro teamers with normal gear though. It's very annoying and even if you report them nothing seems to happen. I hope this is another issue that the devs get onto and come up with a reasonable solution.

@@Quamii I mean it could just have been random solo snipers all just farming kills but i dont think so. And i know from other games that if you have enough players its not hard to flood game lobbys by loggig in at the exact same time in the same region because games will than match you with those players in many cases. There are whole discord servers with thousands of players for stuff like that. I actually dont know if there are any for Hunt doing this. But lets say it feels like it sometimes.

@@Telendil oh I've definitely had duos or trios of teaming solo snipers just pinging shots at me from afar the entire match. I had managed to get one and thinking he was a solo lit him up n trapped him and his boyfriends came outta the woodwork and got me. It's a plague. Especially during the last event where they could kill eachother for health chunks with Peacekeeper

Fuck hunt showdown come play Dark and Darker. Its booming right now and you'll grow way faster. The community needs more people to show new players how to play and you could grow really quickly (and the game has wayyy less cheaters and is super fun)

Probably has less cheaters because its pay to win. You dont have to buy cheats to have an unfair advantage in that game you can just directly pay the developer for that.
