Spectrum Noir Crafters Companion Review. Inks, Layering Stamps and Stamping Positioner

You always get the BEST stuff!!! I have lots of SU! inks and will probably continue to make due with them for now, but will keep these, Catherine Pooler & Alte New in mind. The sentiments in those stamp sets are the best I've seen in a llloooonnnnnnggggg time. I like the larger sentiments, too, as do the seniors I help. None of our eyes are what they once were. ☺ I also like those stamp positioners and hadn't heard of them. I have a couple of others, plus the old Fiskars one with the foam feet (from which I've lost one of the feet), but these certainly have their place. I like the springs on them. Enjoy your vacation & your crafting time. It's always a delight to hear the excitement in your voice when you've got some things planned you're itching to get to. And...FEEL BETTER!!! Hello, Cinders. I'm so glad I found your channel. My name is Polly and I live in the US. I just happened to watch another video using these inks and some different CC's stamps. The user did not prime the stamps and used a form of layering I have not seen before. In addition, she used a very old stamp positioner with the foam pads. Anyway, the inks looked horrible! The stamps looked horrible. I guess that is a lesson in good stamp hygiene and using the right equipment. After watching your video I have a completely different impression of these inks and am glad to see better layering stamps from CC. I like your honesty in your review. There is indeed a difference between fact and observation, and negative opinion. Be well.

Oh my lovely friend! YOU are a bad influence! I have to check and see where I can find those ink pads in the US now! What a brilliant idea to have 3 coordinating colors! My Tonic Dream Drops have arrived and they are fabulous... I think I prefer them over the all of the other drops! Get rid of that cold quickly and take care! Hugs & kisses!

What is wrong with stating something negative? I mean if something sucks for me I can say it, no? I work with kids and we always encourage them to say their opinion on things, not beat around the bush.

Cinders, please oh please do a tutorial on how to make the ink pads storage. I being on disability, can't afford the high dollar stands. I have some of the old stampin up ink pads, then Momento and a few other brands but the Stampin up ones are the largest. I would love to see how to make a container to keep them stacked on my desk. I begin today making the holders for my new Touch 168 markers so I can lay them on their side.

I take it that you pulled your card video because it’s gone. This was your normal excellent video. Tutorial on ink stand please. Always look forward to your videos. Big hugs.

How do you clean your stamps after using spectrum noir water proof ink.

Hi Cindy , your next video of the cards has not loaded , it just shows a blank screen and says there is an error on it . Just thought I would let you know , glad you having a week off work and go away and chill rest and recover . Recharge those batteries . Wish you well. Xx

Are this better that stampin up inks ? 🤔

The ink pad storage. 1 how are you using them they are meant to stand on top of each other so the weight of the pad keeps it sturdy. 2 The way you showed you using them is not the way they were intended they are meant to stack on top of each other not standing them on the back 3 you have not showed how you are using them so I think it is unfair to show a product then not to show how you use it then show said product being used in a way it is not intended then to say you will be building your own meaning the product is not fit for purpose. That out of the way I enjoyed your video
