Leto hid her children from Kronos and gave him stones to eat instead of her children, maybe that's where motherhood came from. Oracles were a bit useless later in-game so I'm glad they finally buffed them! To Rheia's Gift: I think it has to "increase" the costs for a TG to still keep it at the original 100.
