Author and broadcaster Joe Duffy appeals for support for a memorial to the children killed in the 1916 Rising in Dublin following the destruction of the Necrology Wall in Glasnevin. The wall commemorated equally all of the Irish and British civilian, military, police and rebel dead in the fighting in Easter Week 1916.
