This was a big ol mess lol good concept but a mess.first we gotta remember mike is fresh out of the rehabilitation center!!! Joe sold this to tv executives on the premises MIKE IS GOING TO PREFORM!!! Well nobody asked mike! An he wasn't with it! Also this was the first really public outing of mj and lisa marie. She was his date and stayed with him in his separate hotel than the family lol oh janet had a separate hotel too did her opening # and bounced!!! Then night of they still trying get mike to preform till lisa finally told all em liz included HE NOT PREFORMING DROP IT ! Oh what a timeeeee lol to be a fly on the wall backstage

Michael was not only a great artist; his music and dance were exceptionally advanced, and his music videos were perfectly created. His choreography was always magical. He was a fantastic songwriter, capable of performing in various music genres. What I didn't know is that he was able to deliver such a profound and convincing speech in front of so many people. Thank you so much, MJFANGIRL, for sharing this beautiful speech with us. I noticed that Berry Gordy loves Michael dearly; he is almost like a father figure to him. Elizabeth Taylor spoke with so much honor, honesty, and love for Michael that he was almost moved to tears. I always noticed that Michael Jackson could never hide his emotions. He often appeared shy and overwhelmed when praised. That is what I love so much about him; no matter how many people show their love for him, he always remains humble.

Thank you too for always loving and supporting MJ even he is gone but we truly miss him...I just wonder why , I hope I don't feel racist ,I have for the passed months been seeing and watching stories for example the death anniversaries of MJ and mostly those who are attending or present are most Black Americans ....I admire them watching and seeing how they continue to live MJ's legacy ...That thing in LAs Vegas celebrating his MJ bday last year well ...not many were white Americans .....what happened to them ..they forgot MJ ? I haven't watched the Jackson family honers in years it brought back a lot of memories. I think that it aired before i turned 14 that year. August is always a fun month for me too. Having to share the same birthday month as the King Of Pop & my two sons. My youngest son is on the 21st of August my oldest & i is on the 27th and Michael is on the 29th. Not to mention that my big sister is on the 1st of August. Another fun fact about me is that my son & i was born on some famous people birthday that were born on August 27th. & i think it's so cool to have so many birthday twins & Virgo twins as well ♍. Us Virgos are very powerful people even though my sister & my youngest son aren't Virgos no there Leos.

I remembered watching the jackson family honors on NBC. Michael got booed at one point until Elizabeth shut it down real quick. I remember that part. Michael performed at the very end of the show but that was it. The media called the show a huge backlash which I think it was a bunch of nonsense. The media always has to complain about everything

I heard the Robson and Safechuck case will be next year. Robson and Safechuck wanted a settlement. The Michael Jackson Estate won't settle. That reminds me of the Chandler case. They sue for negligence. They said that MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures had the responsibility to prevent the abuse, they had the duty of care. But I think when you are between 7 and 14 years old the parents have the duty of supervision. How can the companies be responsible for a crime that never happened? Companies have only the duty of care when there are employer and employee. You are only an employee when you are 14 years old or older. I think the judge made a wrong decision to allow them to appeal! Love and blessing, peace and joy for you my sweet friend!

@@hannaz4617 Whenever this subject comes up I get angry. Most criminal accusations come and go: innocent or not. Child abuse is so inflammatory that once one is accused of child abuse, it doesn't matter how innocent that one is; the stigma never seems to go away. Guilty even if proven innocent! MJ had to deal with that stigma over and over again. I hope Robson and Safechuck - who more than once supported MJ and claimed under oath that nothing happened - they are proven liars and their futures are ruined. Oh, that's right. They are opening the case because they need money. (Sorry, I normally do not wish ill will on people, but those two crossed the line in my moral book.) I am so glad Michael has so many fans who still believe in him.

There’s one tik tok going around where this guy says Taylor swift is arguably as or even more famous than MJ.. They didn’t even let the man speak without constantly screamin and shouting his name during most public appearances, literally interrupted by his adulation constantly. Taylor swift does public appearances & yes they cheer but no where NEAR to the magnitude of a regular MJ appearance. The man often couldn’t speak or hear himself because of the way people would freak the f out.

@@EllaJay Michael Jackson had an impressive range to his voice. Michael preferred to sing in his head voice. Michael sings almost completely in his head voice (Heal the world, Thriller, Smooth Criminal). He is not only singing in his head voice, he is singing with a very breathy sound. The head voice is not a fake voice. When he was speaking in his head voice is was training and practicing different aspects of his voice.

Oh Jacksons. It was a bad idea. It just wasn’t unique enough. Most award shows have to have a variety of performers to draw an audience and relies on big names even back then. I would have rather that they did a real Christmas special. That J5 Christmas album is fire and the entire family could have performed Christmas songs around some skits. I know not everyone celebrates Christmas but it could have been a winter album w/ lots of their social justice songs thrown in. In between they could have honored special people for good works etc. they could even produce a Christmas special now to celebrate that album

Remember this being reported as a return to the stage for him. Many fans travelled expecting this. Shocking the boos. But really annoying at the time. But hey. Millennium shows. This was a glorified therapy session a bunch of enablers. Enabling Michael Jacksons problem. He should have been in real therapy.

He was in therapy. He was on and off pain medication, according to his pain. In the autopsy they found osteoarthritis in almost all his joints, he had lupus, which is a very disgusting disease with joint pain and muscle pain, his lungs were both inflamed from lupus, he had migraines from his scull surgery, he had backpain, from an accident in Munich. He fell 50 feet from a bridge in free fall and his vertebrae slipped, that causes lower back pain. He did several therapy session because of dependency issues, (Ayahuaska) in Brazil ( that has a 80% success rate). He didn't took always pain medication according to the testimony of his oral surgeon in a trial. He had insomnia from the scull surgery, that he unfortunately tried to solve, so that he was able to perform. If somebody was actually really privileged for pain management, it was him.

Your comment appears to be that you dislike the man. If so, why did you watch this video? If not, then you are not aware of the concept of being an enabler. We are an enormous online community. Most of the people who watch Michael Jackson videos are fans who have our own lives, but take pleasure in his life, his love, his talent, his music and enjoy sharing our joy with others like us. We do not have an addiction to MJ (well, most of us don't) that is destructive that needs enabling to continue. Big difference.
