"It's not bring your own victim to workday." had me rolling 🤣🤣 great reaction of one of my favorite movies. Thanks ladies. Another fun one if you have not done it yet is The Fifth Element with Bruce Willis.
Once again, I'm glad to see y'all back in action! Plus, This is the movie that introduced me to Keanu Reeves and I hope u check out more of his films. Fun fact, him and Sandra Bullock both had crushes on each other while filming. P.S., do not under any circumstances watch the second one, it's terrible.
One of the best action movies ever made! It won Best Sound Editing and Best Sound Mixing at the 1995 Academy Awards. Ellen DeGeneres, Meryl Streep, Anne Heche and Halle Berry were considered for the role of Annie before Sandra Bullock was cast. Kurt Russell, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jeff Bridges, Tom Cruise, Charlie Sheen, Tom Hanks, John Travolta, Alec Baldwin, Stephen Baldwin, Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson were considered for the hero, Jack Travin, before Keanu Reeves was cast. Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, and Robert DeNiro were considered for the villain, until Dennis Hopper was picked. Joss Whedon, (Buffy, Firefly, Serenity and The Avengers) had rewritten the action sequences for the film. Reeves did his own stunts for his scene where jumps from the car to the bus in one tank.
Loved that y’all loved this movie! Saw it in theatres when I was a teenager and the way I held my breath throughly the entire thing…one of my favorite moviegoing experiences ever! Keanu was excellent in this, but this was definitely the movie that made Sandra Bullock a star!
This movie was literally pitched as "Die Hard on a Bus" Ironically, this pitch almost destroyed the movie because nobody thought you could make a bus exciting
That part where you mentioned that they should've stopped the tape so that he can think it blew up - that's actually WAY better than what they ended up doing
"Sad that his partner died but I mean he got a girl out of it" my jaw dropped 😂😭😭😂 that and "this is not bring your victim to work day" = GOLD 😂😂 This has been my #1 movie since I saw it as a kid in theaters in 1994. As much as I love this movie, PLEASE DO NOT watch the sequel!!! Keanu and Sandra worked together again in 2006 in 'the lake house', definitely worth watching imo. Also gonna suggest 'the blackening' again.
@@SomethingCinema It's one of my favorite summer movie releases and soundtracks. Low body count, humor, mostly suspense and a pretty tight script. Just a rollercoaster and a happy ending.
