Honestly have seen a pod of fish one single time this year and not on structure in the lake I fish. Drove around a bunch and just haven't been seeing them. Don't have side imaging so possibly missing them but had no issue finding them the last two years.
Saginaw bay is on fire literally bro I’m fishing the fuckn Saginaw river it took me 7hours to hook up its dirty and runs alright. How the fuck do I catch them fish tom??????
Tom, I think you videos that you show us on your chart the area going going to fish and why are REALLY good! You are an awesome teacher. Where can I buy your merchendise?
I tried this over the weekend and was getting hooked up on fish with 12 lb Mono and had several break the line shortly after. What am I doing wrong?? At $10 a lure id like to lose less lures... and boat more fish.
Tom, have you ever fished Blueberry Lake? My family has a cabin there and we can catch nice bluegills and crappies. We will catch a nice walleye every 3-4 years. Just wondering if you have ever fished there and had any luck.
Great videos! Thank you Tom, I am a totally different fisherman now after watching how you approach each day and use your electronics. Could you please show a clip of how to free up a snagged hyper rattle?
Mr. Boley is a BAD MAN!!! The way you snap jig those one ounce Hyper Rattles is impressive. I have no clue why your right arm isn’t 3X the size of your left. I am thankful for your channel and have definitely put a PILE of fish in the boat snap jigging using your technique. Keep em coming Tom and I hope to see you and Mitch after it soon. Also, I would own some of your merchandise if you had some 3X in stock.
Serious question, fishing that deep aren't you concerned about barotrauma? As a general rule I draw the line at 25' and at that depth I'm still trying to draw the fight out, had sauger come up with bulging eyes in 23' vertically jigging.
You can’t find a hyper rattle in Canada right now to save your life. Best I can do is a jiggin rap or something similar...I’m still killin it though. Lol
I am just 2 hours north of Toronto in the Kawartha Lakes, lovesick Lake. Deep and shallow . It is a small lake with 2 locks and dames. Just hope I can fin my fish
Thanks for all the great in-depth videos Tom! The way you explain what you are looking at on the graph and an the lake depth maps is extremely helpful for me. With all your info I'm starting to get the hang of figuring out where to look on those vast depth maps. Looking forward to many more lessons from you.
Tom- based on your videos I’m pretty sure you could catch walleyes in a parking lot. Any advice for St. Paul / Minneapolis metro guys chasing fish in HIGHLY pressured lakes? Thx.
Hey Mr Tom, awesome video,,,, however, my home lake and just about any and all bodies of water are located in drought areas. The maps just don’t work when your lake is 10 to 15 feet low. So, after actually grounding my boat 1/2 mile of shore,,,, any advice?????
It’s a must to have the best luck with hookups and keeping them on. Either mono on a say a medium fast rod, or if you prefer braid, use a medium-light rod to give you that forgiveness.
