I suggest that you watch these videos on the highest quality possible. That's what I do, just to avoid the reduction of affirmations. Unless Akuo says that you need to play it a certain quality, I suggest always listening to them 360 and above. :)

Yes most definitely do feel I am getting results ...was listening to auko get a bigger butt in 10 seconds its been about two to three weeks but I have just started listening to this booster and most definitely feel and see pretty great results!!!
