Speeding 

Monitoring speed and taking care to drive within the posted speed limit is of course best practice, however I would say that companies should place more emphasis on following distances. I've accumulated roughly 1 million miles operating light class CMV vehicles across the country over the past 10 years, and I can say definitively that large CMV trucks following too closely has become the new pandemic! I would love to see companies such as yours, roll out mandatory annual recurrent training measures to educate drivers on the importance of maintaining proper following distances at ALL times.
