5 years later and the drawing still amazes me, god, this is nostalgic

Pinkie Pie held up the knife. It had felt so soft in her hand. She saw the cake and smiled. She knew a little snack wouldn't hurt. After all, you can't pull a prank without something to eat. She dug the blade into the cake. But she couldn't help but hear something. Sounded like.... screams? That can't be right. Cakes don't scream. She was probably hearing things. Pinkie tried to cut deeper, but the cake appeared to move. " Hey, hold still!" Her anger had begun to rise. She could feel it happen. Her hair flattened, her skin became pale against her light pink fur, and her eyes were glowing a bright flash of green. A smile had spread across her face. If this cake wanted to play a game like this, then she was ready to play. And win!

When Pinkie woke up, something felt off. She looked around in the kitchen. Memories of the party last night flashed in and out of her mind. As she picked up, she saw some red liquid covering the blade. Just frosting, she thought. Then, someone had started knocking on her door. Deep down, she could feel a malevolent demon struggling to take control. But Pinkie forced it down. She couldn't let her friends know what monster she was hiding. Wouldn't hurt to pull a prank, though. A smug smile crossed her face. It couldn't be that bad. After all, it's like they say. "Life is a party!"
