Well you can start by playing normal airsoft scrims and that and sometimes you might find speedqb players there. Since it’s such a small sport still it will be hard to find players. You will have a better chance at finding a speedball paintball team as those are more popular . I also find speedball is more constructed and setup so it’s a lot easier to get into and it can be cheaper

They're tracer bbs (glow in the dark bbs) used with a tracer unit that makes them glow bright. I know some good ones are Acetech and Xcortech. I run Xcortech compact tracer.

Flashlights both hide their body shape from opponents and help you see your bbs.
