O P A C I T Y (or Lack thereof) is the KEY to making a composited Cut-Out Look NaturaL. Reducing the Opacity of the FLying Car is Cooler than Layering Effects . . . thanks for sharing

Can you clarify a bit more. Im assuming you have a billboard with a video in it? If thats the case you can just mask the current video out and insert the one you wanna insert.

Try switching your settings between 4k vertical and 1080p vertical. It should work

i dont have that adjustment layer? how do you have this as when i drag effects into the timelaine they just go into the video clip, not lie above it?

Press q to add it above your timeline or press p then move it above if it’s already on the timeline. You can download the adjustment layer using the link in description

i do it in exactly the same way. but without the compound clip. Strangely, after retiming, I can no longer reverse the clip

Try adding a blank adjustment layer on your timeline then add motion blur above that

What version of final cut pro do you have? I have the final version cut pro 2 10.6.5 I downloaded the plugin from your description but it doesn't work for me.
