Was surprising as it may be, people DO speedrun creative mode in Minecraft, but not in the way you'd expect. Several limitations are placed on the players, producing a legitimately entertaining speedrun.

In bedrock edition if a shulker box has an item if you break it in creative mode you get a shulker box.

I've been using it since 1.8 when I learned it existed and it's one of the best things in the game. Makes things SOOOO much easier.

"Pick block is an underlooked feature" Bro i use that button so much. Not even in creative, but in survival to take blocks from my inventory. This is one of the most useful features of all time. To all you playing in creative: F3 + F4 tap switches between 2 gamemodes, F3 + F4 menu opens a popup where you can change your gamemode (newer versions only) This is WAY FASTER than /gamemode Enjoy :)

Pick block creative mode actually sounds like a really fun casual way to play the game. Like having unlimited recourses but you still have to find it first.

I use that tool all the time.... It's best for Building, and it's kinda sad when I do it in survival....

It only moves items from your inventory in survival, not gives new ones

It’s actually interesting that you don’t have to kill the dragon to achieve a speedrun ; technically, exiting the end is the only requirement

Fun fact: Pick Block Also works on survival if you have the block your looking at in your inventory also works if it's in the hotbar too. Its really helpful. Try it out!

@@patrickriney232 “Creative” inventory is slightly different than “Crafting” inventory. Since creative allows you to pick and pull items out from the list, crafting only allows you to see what you have collected thus far

oh! i tried a few of these a while back except I never allowed flying. It's always really difficult because it relies on the need for a crafting table.

There should be a speedrun category in where you have to fill up your whole inventory with 28 different blocks and 4 pieces of armor without the middle click or anything besides loot

I see a lot of people use pick block including me if your building something in creative like a design for a base and are using a lot of blocks then if you have them already in the build just toss em out and pick block form there when you need it as long as it’s not more then 50 blocks from where your working

I'd absolutely LOVE to see a creative + cheats allowed run that just goes /execute in minecraft:the_end run tp @s 0 100 0 /damage @e[type=minecraft:ender_dragon,limit=1] 5000 player_attack from @s by @s Or even using a datapack that has those 2 commands on the load.mcfunction (with the damage command having a /execute as @a) and then just reloading

He could have done it faster by Ctrl+ Middle clicking the block because it keeps the eye then He wouldn't have to find the eyes in the first place anyways. Just go to the stronghold with one eye filled out and copy the frame with the eye instead of placing eyes place frames with eyes

I mean didn't he say he can't open him inventory? He said not the creative menu but once you open your inv it's always the creative menu first then you press the survival one...so how did he merge the ender pearls and blaze powder(which also needs to be crafted by rods) without opening his creative menu first
