To get 300 without getting kills is by server hopping until u find a 300 user and try to combo them it’s hard I don’t recommend t

i recommend doing easier ones first like cake instead of boomerang or moon instead of boomerang and 2 robot kills instead of boomerang i just hate the boomerang quest im definitely not biased

Don’t quests have a 1 minute cooldown between them? If so, completing 2 quests in 40 seconds would be impossible.
