My dad couldn't understand why I upgraded my stock suspension to a coil over system and he actually got angry when he found out "how much" I spent on everything including my new ZR-rated tires. So we went for a ride and he says "Your car rides like a dump truck compared to my Cadillac, why did you waste your money making the car ride like crap?" I decided to teach him a lesson. We began to exit the highway approaching the exit ramp, which has a sign posted "speed limit 35mph" I downshifted and accelerated up to 80mph. He was screaming before we even entered the turn "OMFG!!!!" And "Let me out!! Pull the Fkkk over and fkking let me out now!" He never talked trash about my car again.
This is a really nice, clean Chevelle. I understand that he is running 18x10.5 in the front and 18x11 in the rear. I would like to know the offset on the wheels front and rear.
researching for my 72, I'd have to agree, 10k easy. but figure thats Suspension components (shocks, control arms, tie rods etc. etc.) rear axle, brakes, mostly everything you'd need to make it roll the way you want. Then you get to spend all the rest of your money on the engine and trans lol
Request to camera guy to "get with the program" and shoot where they're talking about things so we can see them! Might as well have left the car on the ground.
King Salomon not even close. F bodies handle better simply because the Chevelle is a bigger clumsier car. I own a 1969 with full ridetech system and it handles as well as my c6
@@shaft4404 Ahh you know the old joke right? How many headlights does a "REAL" Chevelle have?! I had a stock '70 with that goofy 307 in it, but that was my 'winter/bar' car when my '68 Camaro SS was ..."napping"! Fun video & would I be weird to say I like his rear end? Set up I mean! Dammit!
