The problem was that they didn't know that the goggles had battery lives. They thought speedy was talking about durability. Since they didn't know about the battery, they had been allowing different people to test the goggles whenever they tried to make a sale and were also using the goggles themselves, which was essentially running down the battery life. So people were paying full price for a product that didn't come with a full battery, and I wouldn't blame them for wanting a refund or a replacement. I'm guessing speedy is the only one who noticed and was pissed.
