Speedy Spicy Sichuan-style Noodles with Tofu

Looking for a mind blowing meal! Check this out, inspired by a recipe from @chez.jorge these Sichuan noodles will have you howlin my friend.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 tsp red pepper flakes (+/ to taste)
-2 tsp is Sichuan pepper (or 1 tsp coriander and 1 tsp black pepper)
-2 tsp brown sugar
-4 tbsp oil of choice
-4 tbsp soy sauce of choice
-4 cloves of fresh garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1 green onion sliced for garnish
-1/2 cup noodle water once they are done
-225g of noodle of choice
-1 block of medium-firm tofu
-sesame oil to brown the tofu.
What you’ll do:
1) start by putting 2 quarts of water to boil for the noodles, add noodles once it boils.
2) press your tofu block
3) add all ingredients for the sauce together
4) cube your pressed tofu
5) add sesame oil to a med heat pan and brown the tofu.
6) once the noodles are ready, add 1/2 cup of noodle water to sauce, drain and rinse/wash noodles with cold water.
7) once the tofu is browned, reduce heat of pan and add the sauce to the tofu which will soak it in!
8) after a a few minutes the sauce will thicken, add the noodles and mix well
9) top with green onion and serve!
