So the add-ons are now only going to be in the big kit? That’s not cool, the honey dipper should be available for us to buy as an add-on or should have been part of the Large Die of the month kit. Still excited for this month’s kit but disappointed in Spellbinders for excluding the honey dipper die from all the other club members.

Maybe next time don't include the exclusive add on in videos for clubs that won’t get the add on. This honey dipper is nice but is not part of this kit and it’s false advertising. When I saw the large die of the month kit on the website with finished cards that included the honey dipper I thought it was part of the kit. It’s misleading.

Why not make the honey dipper available to Large Die of the month subscribers even if the Deluxe Caboodle gets it free? Not cool.

They should not have showed the honey dipper die in the large die of the month video. It’s misleading because it seems as though it comes with the kit.

I endorse this totally. The dipper being free to the Deluxe Caboodle subscribers should not restrict subscribers to the Large Die of the Month, because they're featured together. Why feature something that will be forever unavailable to this category? I don't get it. I've been a strong supporter of Spellbinders for years. To me, this is the first time they've clearly misunderstood the assignment. Clearly!

This is a really beautiful die set. I’ll be receiving it this month and look forward to making things with it. I think I’ll skip the stinger tho 😂I sort of agree with @nevah8366. Spellbinders wanted to make the Caboodle people feel special and in the process they’ve isolated the other great customers. But it’s also a good thing. Since extra items aren’t available for purchase, I can’t spend more money there. It makes the “spend less on crafts” resolution that much easier 🎉

Nice die set. Not so nice of Spellbinders to only make the honey dipper available to the Deluxe Caboodle subscribers. That attitude is why I only deal with Tonic Studios since they are generous and very customer oriented.

I agree , it seems spellbinders is getting greedier and it’s a shame …I too have switched to Tonic Studio again . I started having trouble redeeming my rewards and they kept saying I was using them when I couldn’t get the codes to work ….bad business to stiff your heavy spending customers

Just an observation. My set didn't come with the die for the bottom of the tulip-like flower (shown here in green).Is it from a different set?

Your die set should've come with a stem for the tulip, if you did not receive it please send an email to customersupport@spellbinders.us with your order number and photos of the product you received!

How DISAPPOINTING! My being a loyal customer, of 4 of the monthly clubs ($80.00), isn’t enough to “allow” me to purchase (not asking for free) the add-on dipper? I’m not a Deluxe Caboodle subscriber because l don’t have the Better Press or wax stamps, why would l buy something monthly that l can’t use? Being on social security & a strict budget, l have to be very choosy with my craft spending. I’m not sure what your tactic is, but purposely excluding your other monthly subscribers from purchasing (or getting for free) a piece of a set which also is shown in a demo like it’s part of that monthly set, is not what creates customer retention. It shows me just how much you appreciate my monthly commitment to your brand. I’m sure the loss of my subscriptions won’t affect your bottom line. There are other companies that truly appreciate ALL their customers, not just an exclusive group. My 2¢! 😬
