Yes this guy uses AI voice readings, and edits them together. They have another channel for Sci-Fi stories This is their newest channel. It's something you just kind of have to get used to. I get a little bit perturbed whenever they do vocal pitch changes. It's kind of bothersome I'm 100% with you on that. It's jarring that's the word I'm looking for

A human may or may not have caught the error when cold reading but is still unlikely to reliably adapt on the fly, excepting professional voice actors. After all, these stories are not professionally written and published (a detail we sometimes forget). Yes, the RU-vid creator _could_ have fixed it, but I can't blame them too much for not copy-editing everything. It's just too much work. That level of quality is not sustainable in this niche... not yet anyway. If we, the audience, want higher quality, then we must vote with our eyeballs and wallets. We must also lobby others to do the same. To concentrate our buying power on quality productions. This market is already too small and too diluted by numerous low-effort (spam-like) channels. As long as most of the audience continues to watch spam, then spam will exist, an audience is like you and I will be out of luck.
