Ingredients:
100g Whole grain spelt flour
200g Strong white flour
240g Luke warm wate
6g Salt
4g Fresh yeast

Ingredients:
50g Spelt flour
50g Water
Mix together and allow to ferment for 24 hours.
Then repeat the process for 7-10 days depending if you starter doubles in size
