great job man, i always get the Kapala when on a hell run, and when the mummy is there, your basically set for the run with of course spikes being able to kill you though.

To instantly get 99 hp at 1-1 press caps lock + f3 and if u take damage do that again to keep resetting hp Warning: it does not keep you alive after landing on man traps, spikes, crush traps, insta kills. But it’s helpful against shopkeepers
You need kapala for it. You can get it from Kali's altar, after 2 damsel's sacrifices. But don't touch the flies, they can still kill you XD (sorry for my bad english)
So the Kapala (you get it by sacrificing a certain number of people to kali alters) gives you hp when you touch blood. The mummies vomit is somehow coded as being blood so it triggers the Kapala so boom maximum health
kapala, its an item that allows you to drink enemies' blood in exchange for health. how he got SO MUCH, was that mummy spit counts as blood. why? because mummy spit is actually just retextured blood, and the devs didn't change the tag that allows it to be collected in the kapala. so in the start, he found a good spot and just started drinking mummy blood.
