Nah Coach Mack was DEFINITELY up to something, I could understand Spencer’s targets dropping a little, but he was LITERALLY open every play and he wasn’t even targeted ONCE, like you can’t do a star player like that, I understand it’s a team sport but they were doing Spencer dirty in this scene, it seemed like Coach Mack wanted Spencer to be an afterthought
But put yourself in his shoes, he’s LITERALLY the best player on the team (which is a fact) and is open on every play but still doesn’t get targeted, it’s like forgetting the #1 receiver on the team exists, it seems like that new coach is making it his mission to SEVERELY drop Spencer’s production, you can’t just forget about your star player like that

He literally would get upset when all attention would be on him and he wanted the team to shine but now that they’re shining he’s jealous and can’t handle not being number 1 which is quite said considering this is a team sport
