Thank you very much Jason! Amazing finds! I checked my silver and gold brooches and with the help of your information I found some pleasant surprises!🙂
Really interesting, Jason, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. I love it when you tell us about the nitty gritty details of construction, for example about what a cast piece looks like, what elements that were hand-fabricated using wire look like... and I can't wait until your cameo video! 💗💗💗 Happy Thanksgiving to you! We don't celebrate it here in New Zealand, but it's always lovely to spend time with loved ones.
I found your channel earlier tonight from your cameos video, and I don’t wanna forget to type this out: Your passion for your “pretty things” is exactly the passion I have for my crystals and gems collection, and my assortment of other collections of pretty things. Thank you for sharing your love for the things you collect, it not only provides so much helpful info and introduces people to fascinating things, but it makes me feel less alone. Thank you for showing me through your videos that I really could make videos like this talking about my collections, it’s been my dream to do exactly what you’re doing for a long time now but I’ve been too afraid to start. Maybe I will now, thank you !! :) I have lots of your videos to catch up on but please don’t stop making them in general. I can’t express how happy these videos have made me in the last few hours.
@@jasonadams8633 I commented at 4:30 in the morning and all day today I’ve had the same thoughts I posted last night. Thank you! I’m excited to be here :))
Great class today Professor Jason! I literally feel like I'm taking a college level course in jewelry. LOVE your videos so much! Thanks for sharing your expertise and your wonderful self with us!
Dear Jason , I follow you from Northern Germany and I‘m so delighted by your entertaining stile and the substantial knowledge you present your special treasures. It‘s so nice to see and to feel how you and your little beauties charge each other with pleasure and more beauty. Every video from you is a treat! Thank you! Christian
Hello Jason! As much as I watch jewelry videos, this is actually the first of yours I've seen. You're a joy to listen to and all the information you impart while showing off your pieces.... You had a rectangular brooch with a Trillian cut amethyst you said you didn't have much info on. When I saw it, I immediately felt that it was done by a native artisan. It has the classic ball design and angular shapes. Plus the fact that it incorporated mixed metals and faceted gemstone tells me it's a more modern piece. I have a good bit of native jewelry I inherited from my mom when she passed. I also had Mexican silver necklace that I sold for $80. After that I was doing more research and was kicking my butt for letting it go so cheaply! It was in the same class as your 3rd bracelet you showed in the beginning. I found similar ones for around $300-$400. I subscribed and am excited to see more videos from you!
Thank you so much! An acquaintance of mine gave me a large grocery bag of costume jewelry. So, I’m watching and learning from you!! Thanks for a great video!!
I love the wooden clamper bracelet and that last cuff, INSANELY GORGEOUS! I am always looking for ocean art, best one I found is only 1×2 but it has sich lovely movement in it, most treasured is thrifted one that I found with small note written on back "painted for my Grandson, I had to bring it home🥹 what fun you must have had👏👏👏👏👏
folk art collectors would really want that coin bracelet too! crossover appeal - incredible treasures you find - I'm hunting in the wrong place....I find a lot of valuable things too - I do the exact same thing as you just not at the same monetary level....eg: I haven't found any pre-columbian solid gold art yet.......unreal
Good morning Jason. I really like the fact that you can look at a piece of jewelry and know that it is better than it appears labeled or throught to be. You have a amazing keen eye. I will have my focus on and put it to work. Thanks.
First time viewer. I have learned so much about identifying vintage and art in just 2 of your videos. That along with the friendly inviting atmosphere you present made me a subscriber.
I found a very old piece of Santo Domingo in a basket at a junk store for 50 cents…some of the heishi was missing so my Dad took it to a friend who filled it out…it was so old there no matching it but he did a pretty good job. I also have a Santo Domingo necklace…they are beautiful. Love the amethyst bracelet from Mexico!

Jason , I am new to resale and searching for unique old jewelry with a story. I am finally securing a select number of knowledgeable collectors and I am so appreciative of your knowledge and how you share your knowledge on your channel . I am hooked !! You are wonderful, your presentation is so educational and informative. I love your style and will be watching more. Will you resell on you tube ? I look forward to watching you .
Happy Thanksgiving Jason, this is a great content,I just love learning for the love of vintage. You just made your viewers so happy.Keep it coming, thank you for sharing your expertise.
Thanks for all the information about different things you’ve shown. I love rhinestone jewellery and love repairing the broken pieces but sometimes have a hard time finding the right size or colours, I will take a piece and harvest the stones if i can. Thank you again cuz for all your lessons and wealth of knowledge. Love and hugs 🙏❤️🤗
Jason, I love how your soul speaks to the jewelry. The ring on your right hand looks to me like one of your designs. So other worldly. Happy to hear you got to spend time with family on Thanksgiving. I'll anxiously await your next video.
Jason, I just found your channel and immediately subscribed! Thank you for the detailed research and content. I've collected estate jewelry for years and have appreciated your detail in highlighting the value of each acquired piece. Besides the aesthetics, I need to go and look at its detail. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they're also well made. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I am learning so much from you that I didn't know before about jewelry, especially costume. I have been doing this about 4 years now and thought I knew a lot; but, apparently, not enough. LOL. The Boucher brooch caught me off guard. Never knew about the MB mark. Always just looked for "BOUCHER" on jewelry. Now, I know!
wonderful video, thank you! I can't wait to learn more about Schreiner, and all other costume jewelry and what to look for. I have so many pieces that are quality but have no clue who may have made them. I post on a facebook jewelry page, but what comes back is everyones thoughts on what it may be, but they don't say why or what to look for. Thank you again!!
