Hey Alissa, I’m on a health journey too! I wanna share some stuff that may help you with your skin. #1 get a filterbaby for your bathroom sink and a filter for your shower. Our water has a lot of chemicals like chlorine and pollutants that dry out the skin and inflame it. #2 Only use skincare without fragrance or harsh preservatives #3 No drinking and if you do drink only drink alcohol that’s organic and regenerative. You can be reacting to sulfates in inorganic alcohol. It’s super abrasive to the gut. #4 only wear natural fibers throw out your polyester clothing it’s poisoning you with BPA You’re not alone and you’re such a light. Be yourself always. I started recently taking RU-vid serious and filming consistently OMG MY ANXIETY GETS OFF THE CHARTS, I keep thinking no this is good you like this but my mind goes to dark places and thinks of what others might think, how dumb I look , etc. Ive come to the conclusion that its something that's not gonna go away if I stop filming im going to have to continue to do this to conquer those feelings. YOU ARE NOT ALONE I TOTALLY FEEL YOU 😭❤

Some points: Just take the spider outside, while holding the paper to the glass. If you keep under the glass it dies regardless. This juice you drink is also a lot of calories so you're not empty or in a fasted state at that point. You're walking with your dogs and then again at the gym. But you call it a workout at the gym and not while walking outside. I mean the pace would be faster at the gym, but it's still just walking.

the headache you're having from the glasses is super normal plus its new & you're not used to it, happened to me too, but 2 weeks max you will feel normal, your eyes will addapt and youll see better but you still have to wear them all the time except driving and crossing the street n stuff like that
