I’m so happy that Lane has been a happy baby!! It makes the newborn experience and easing into parenthood so much easier. My Addison was colicky (and is still a difficult baby ngl) and it is really hard on all of us. But I agree it’s hard having newborn babies in the summer bc you’re truly confined to the house for days on end!

Yes it really does!!! Luckily we still do a lot even if it’s just running to a store or going to my parents!! It has made this transition a lot easier for us

As a PP mama, I invested in cute cozy sets that could support my body but also not make me feel like I’m cycling through my grungy home shirts.. ❤ it’s a phase but it’s a valid time so give yourself grace mama

Hey, Sarris shoutout! Just had them for our wedding favors-- our reception venue was actually right near the store. (And my parents and I got ice cream for lunch there when we ordered the favors!)

I love watching ur vlogs they are never boring I look forward to your daily or weekly life! Haha even if it’s just doing chores or errands. I think a family photo shoot is always better bcuz u guys will look back and see how young parents you were! ❤newborn photos are cute but they can get repetitive in my opinion. Also how sweet ur great grandma gets to meet him that’s really rare nowadays so def take a photo of them for memories!!

Awh thank you so much!! I always love to watch every day vlogs of people I watch too but always feel like my everyday life is so boring!! lol and yes it is very rare and I did take a photo luckily as I was walking out I thought of it!! she actually passed exactly a week after Lane got to meet her so I am very thankful we got that photo!

But I feel like maybe it was ur grandmas way of saying she wanted to be in heaven by his side 🥺they say when a soul passes a new one is born and Lane came right into the world!

luckily we both work from home so we have always been attached at the hip!! and yes unfortunately she passed away last week.

The mother bird will still watch over her babies. She will feed them. She will scare away other birds. Little birds are probably very close to being ready to be out of the nest. They do not stay in the nest too long. That is what I know anyway. Prayers for the little birds. Photos look really nice. Sorry about grandma, prayers for grandma. Matt is a great dad. You are balancing your life so well. Thanks for sharing and be a blessing to so many.

When you change his diaper. Put a wipe over his penis, it helps from Lane peeing on you. He's so adorable. Don't worry about TMI, it don't bother me. We all are human. God Bless your family. Love your videos. ❤

i know right!! I reached out tto about 4 photographers and the shoot was around 400 but then the package to get any of the pictures was an additional 600-800... i thought it was the most insane thing ever!!! and the fact that a shoot alone without photos costs anything at all was crazy to me!!
