I do have a question. When approaching the property owner and coming to the conclusion that a transfer of equity would potentially be the best solution for them, does the mortgage provider: 1. Prefer to do this sort of transfer to a business, and what are the potential reasons for rejection from the lender. 2. Would a business that's just started have a chance at success? 3. Does a companies directors 'personal' finance history factor into the equation. IVA, insolvency etc I have identified an opportunity where a transfer of equity would be perfect for the vendor. However, I'm afraid of navigating the potential curveballs the lender may throw our way. Any support is greatly appreciated ❤
