JOLLOF RECIPE:
7 Medium sized fresh tomatoes
3 heaped tablespoons of tomato paste
A cup of Vegetable Oil
3 small sized onions
3 carrots (optional)
2 capsicums or green pepper(optional)
A handful of spring onions (optional)
About a thumb sized ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Anise seed
salt to taste
1.5 kg Jasmine Rice
150ml chicken stock or water. Make sure u adjust salt if you use water as your sauce will be slightly diluted
Suya Chicken recipe :
1 pound of chicken wings
About a thumb sized ginger
